Store Policy

This store policy outlines the shipping methods, costs, timelines and other important details regarding the orders. Currently, shipping is available for all locations within India. International orders are not accepted. Shipping within India is free for all orders above INR 499. For orders below that flat fee of INR 100 is applicable.

Orders placed are shipped within 48 hours. Payment is accepted via secure payment gateway. Order is processed once payment is complete. All orders are delivered within 10 working days. Package tracking information is sent on the registered email address. Deliveries are performed by the courier company engaged. Delay in the delivery of the product by the courier company may be due to the conditions beyond control.

Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. Amount paid will be refunded within 8 working days. Return is acceptable only when product received through the courier is damaged or incorrect.
